Directions

From Billericay

Take the A129 Southend Road towards Wickford. The road bends to the left and there is a junction on the right hand side which is Barleylands Road. Turn right into Barleylands Road. Follow the road past the farm buildings to your left and then you will pass Forest Glade FC on your right. Carry on until you come to the second gate on the right after Forest Glade (signposted FC Redwing and Lee Chapel Utd) and pull into that. Please then follow the track on the left of the fields up to the top of the hill and park in the car park near the containers.

From A127 Southend Arterial Road

Exit at A176 junction for Basildon/Billericay following signs for Billericay. At the roundabout take the exit into Wash Road, following the brown tourist information signs for the Farm Museum. Take the second road on the left –Barleylands Road. Follow the road, you must turn left into the fields when you see signs for FC Redwing/Lee Chapel Utd. If you see Forest Glade FC on your left you have gone too far.
